Service Cancellation Policy
Mester24 is a handyman and home services platform registered in Lithuania and operating across multiple countries. This policy outlines how service cancellations, refunds, and issues are handled.
You may cancel a booked service up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time without any charge, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, or if the service provider arrives but cannot perform the service due to reasons attributable to you (e.g. no access, incorrect information, absence), Mester24 reserves the right to charge a cancellation or call-out fee, in line with local best practices and provider terms.

Service Issues, Damages, or Complaints
Please inspect the completed service immediately. If the service was not performed as agreed, was incomplete, or resulted in damage, you must notify us within 48 hours of service completion so we can evaluate the issue and work toward a fair resolution.

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be issued in the following cases:

Services that were fully completed as agreed

Cancellations made after the service has started

Issues caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer

Additional work requested and approved during the service

No-show situations or denied access at the service location
Rescheduling Services
You may request to reschedule your service at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability.
Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance may incur additional fees.
European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a service contract within 14 days of booking, provided that the service has not yet been performed.
If you expressly requested the service to begin during the 14-day withdrawal period and the service has already been completed, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed.
Refunds
If a refund is approved:
